Sea front, Pier, Shops, Royal Pavilion and the Famous Lanes are only a few minutes walk away.

Travel by car

From London M25, head south on the M23 for Brighton. Boydens from the outside

Follow the signs for the town centre / seafront. When you see Brighton's Royal Pavilion coming into view on your right, with the Pavilion still in front of you take a left at the set of traffic lights into Edward Street (You will see a signpost for the Hospital at this junction).

Drive up the hill and turn right just before the set of traffic lights (not the pedestrian lights) This is St James's Avenue and we are at number 27.

Travel by train

Good rail links from London Victoria and The City Of London Bridge, express services take 50 minutes otherwise allow an hour. There are coastal links to and from Chichester to the west and Hastings to the east.
